Kleenspray 64 – 65 – 66 were developed for use in the GRAPHOIDAL automatic spray machine. However, they have been utilized in other spray systems as well. When choosing a spray compound, the graphite content is the most important criteria.

Kleenspray products have graphite contents from 1.0 to 4.0 %. The smaller the bottle, the less graphite you need and visa versa. Of course, this is all dependent on the amount of material your spray system is applying and the frequency with which you want to spray. These are rather subjective parameters and so choosing the correct spray compound is often a matter of making an educated guess combined with trial and error testing. The back of this sheet contains a table which outlines the physical properties of our products and our recommendations for their use.
