Certincoat TC 100 coating together with the Certincoat system provides the most economic way of applying a protective primer hot-end coating on glass containers.
DUE TO THE STABILIZER IN CERTINCOAT TC 100 COATING, THE INFLUENCE OF HUMIDITY ON THE MBTC IS ALMOST REDUCED TO ZERO. THIS WILL RESULT IN AVOIDING CRYSTALLIZATION IN THE LIQUID, CLOGGED TUBES AND PUMPS, ETC.

CERTINCOAT TC 100 COATING IS A LIQUID AT -60°C TO 200°C AND CAN BE EASILY PUMPED ANYTIME OF YEAR.

CERTINCOAT TC 100 COATING HAS A VERY LOW VAPOR PRESSURE, SO WORKER EXPOSURE WHEN OPENING DRUMS IS MINIMAL.

IN THE CERTINCOAT COATING HOOD, TC 100 IS NOT AFFECTED BY HUMIDITY. THEREFORE, THE USAGE LEVEL IS UNCHANGED.

THE CERTINCOAT COATING HOOD OFFERS VERY HIGH EFFICIENCY BY RECIRCULATING TC 100, AVOIDING LOSS.

TC 100 HAS LOW CONTENTS IN DBTC AND ITS TBTC CONTENT IS EVEN BELOW DETECTION LIMIT.
Storage in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight, is required. Care should be taken to prevent direct contact with water. Opening of drums and containers should be done shortly before use.

If unopened and stored in proper conditions, the shelf life of the product is 2 years.
